[Background Info via Dragonball.wikia.com]
Vegeta (ベジータ, Bejīta), or Prince Vegeta is the prince of the fallen Saiyan race and arch-rival to Goku. He is the husband of Bulma, the father of Trunks and Bulla, the estranged brother of Tarble, and the great-great grandfather of Vegeta Jr. Aside from Goku, Gohan, and Piccolo, he is easily one of the most prominent characters in the series, receiving more character development after being introduced than a number of other characters. He was once a young member of the Saiyan Army under the Planet Trade Organization, but after his race's demise, he worked alongside Nappa and Raditz, directly under Frieza.
He later joins the Z Fighters while battling along side them on Namek, and returns to Earth with them as well, where he remains for the rest of his life.

The figures comes with 3 interchangable facial expression (w/ one already attached to the figure), and 2 set of open palm hands. I was a bit disppointed that this exclusive figure did not include any effect parts.
Detach / attach the face plate from the front of the head piece.
Three facial expressions: looking left w/ smirk, looking right w/ open mouth, and looking straight.

Final Thoughts:
As with any S.H.Figuarts figures, this is a very posable figure. But unlike it's predessor S.H.F. Goku, where the head and arms falls off pretty often when posing. Vegeta is much more solid and I have no problem during my play time with it. However, a bit more accessories such as effect parts & display stnad would had been perfect for this exclusive release. But overall, not a bad figure, and is Vegeta! ..nuff said.
Now, I look forward to the next Tamashii Web Shop Limited release for the S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan 3 Goku, that figure will come with some pretty awesome effect parts.
Thanks for the review!
ReplyDeleteIs this Goku the SDCC or regular release?
@Detrona: That's the SDCC Goku. It has slightly darker colors and different details.
ReplyDeleteWhere is that big electric blast effect from? Do you know which Bandai figure?
